Refund & Return Policy

Each piece is printed on demand – made specifically for you at the time of purchase. Because every order is custom produced, there are no returns and exchanges for change of mind or incorrect selection.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or with a print defect, it will absolutely be made right. Simply send a photo of the damage, the shipping box, and the shipping label within 7 days of delivery to b@bbennetafield.com and a replacement can be arranged.

Lost Packages If your order is lost in transit, please reach out – it'll be sorted out.

Cancellations Because orders go into production quickly, cancellations can only be accepted within 24 hours of purchase. Please get in touch right away if you need to cancel.
