Shipping Policy
Processing Time All prints are made to order and typically take 1-3 business days to produce before shipping. Please factor this into your expected delivery time.
Domestic Shipping (United States) Free shipping on all US orders. Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking notification by email.
International Shipping Shipping is available to select international destinations. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and customs fees upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Delivery Times Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.
Tracking Once your order ships you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or with a print defect, it will absolutely be made right. Simply send a photo of the damage or defect within 7 days of delivery to b@bbennetafield.com and a replacement or full refund can be arranged.
Lost Packages If your order is lost in transit, please reach out – it'll be sorted out.
